Refund and Return Policy

At [Davelakatosart.com], we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a color isn’t quite right or you might over-estimate the supplies you need. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have [30/60/90] days from the original purchase date to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality control, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tinted/Custom-Mixed Paint: Any paint, stain, or coating that has been custom-tinted to a specific color formula cannot be returned or refunded unless there was a mixing error on our part.

  • Opened or Used Products: Brushes, rollers, sprayers, or cans of paint that have been opened or used.

  • Clearance/Sale Items: All items purchased on clearance, "as-is," or during final-sale events are non-refundable.

3. How to Process a Return

In-Store Returns

Bring the item(s) you wish to return back to our store location. You must present a valid proof of purchase (a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email) and the original payment method.

Online Order Returns

If you purchased your items through our website:

  1. Email our support team at Davelakatosart@support.com with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Note: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

  • Store Credit: If preferred (or if a receipt is missing but the return is accepted), we can issue a refund in the form of a [Store Name] gift card or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if we mixed the wrong color by mistake, please contact us immediately at Davelakatosart@support.com. We will happily exchange the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
